All artwork is created and owned by me unless stated otherwise
that means I keep the copyright to all pieces, including commissions

you’re welcome to:

• display your artwork in your home

• share it on social media (please credit me!)

you may not:

• reproduce, sell, or profit from the artwork

• use it for commercial purposes without permission

• mint or use it for NFTs/AI training

if you’re interested in commercial use, just reach out and we can talk ✶

Commissions & Payments
Commissions require a deposit (or full payment) before I start
this secures your spot and covers initial work.

I’ll communicate with you throughout the process when needed, but I keep creative control over the final piece in my style.

Refunds (Commissions)
because commissions are custom work, refunds are limited:

• deposits are non-refundable once work has started

• if you cancel before I begin, you may receive a partial or full refund

• once a piece is completed, refunds are not available

If something feels off, please reach out—I want you to love your piece and I’ll do my best to work with you.

General Sales
All in-person sales are final
please check your piece at purchase to make sure you’re happy with it ✶

Right to Share
I reserve the right to share commissioned work on my website and social media
(if your piece is a surprise or gift, just let me know!)
